Das Interview mit einem ehemaligen Auszubildenden der Nixdorf Computer AG zeigt, wie persönliche Erinnerungen und emotionale Erfahrungen sich zu kollektiven Erzählmustern und Unternehmensmythen verdichten. Dabei stellt sich die Frage: Inwiefern wirkte Heinz Nixdorf auch nach seinem Tod weiter? Die Darstellung kontrastiert eindrücklich den Wandel von Nixdorf zu Siemens und verdeutlicht, wie Oral History alternative Narrative und Identitätsprozesse sichtbar macht.
Abstract
The interview with a former trainee at Nixdorf Computer AG illustrates how personal memories and emotional experiences condense into collective narratives and corporate myths. This raises the question: To what extent did Heinz Nixdorf continue to exert influence after his death? The account strikingly contrasts the transition from Nixdorf to Siemens and demonstrates how oral history makes alternative narratives and identity processes visible.
